Bailey Information Technology, LLC, is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist for the NRLFO Mission Support Division. The role requires leading cybersecurity program implementation at the Bettis/Knolls sites, ensuring compliance with DOE/NNSA directives and developing local security policies.

The candidate will train staff, perform regular compliance reviews, and apply national standards to local procedures and plans, aligning with mission objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 4 years of directly relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Minimum 1 year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the U.S. Government GS-12 level in cybersecurity audits, compliance, or risk analyses.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal cybersecurity laws and directives and their implementation requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior leadership, with ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead classified and unclassified cybersecurity program implementation and oversight at assigned site office.
• Ensure compliance with DOE/NNSA requirements and Cyber Security Program guidelines.
• Develop and maintain local cybersecurity policies, procedures, and long-range plans.
• Provide training to personnel on cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Plan and lead regular cybersecurity compliance reviews and security surveys at NRLFO sites.
