Decision Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Support Officer to lead cybersecurity for USMC programs from Virginia Beach, VA. The role includes RMF packaging, continuous monitoring, and collaboration with government customers and engineering teams.

The candidate must have experience with RMF/NIST controls, vulnerability remediation, and secure configurations, and hold a DoD Secret clearance. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance (current preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT or IAM Level II certification.
• Experience with RMF processes and NIST SP 800-53 controls.

Aufgaben

• Serve as cybersecurity lead and security point of contact for USMC systems supported by ISEA.
• Develop and manage Accreditation documentation (RMF package, SSP, SCTM, POA&M).
• Oversee RMF activities from categorization through continuous monitoring.
• Review security controls and ensure compliance with DoW, DoN, USMC policies.
• Coordinate vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking.
• Support configuration management and secure engineering changes.
• Assist sysadmins and engineers with secure configurations and best practices.
• Monitor security posture and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Prepare for cybersecurity inspections, assessments, and audits by government authorities.
• Ensure proper handling of classified and unclassified information.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance and training to stakeholders.
• Interface with customer representatives to report status and POA&M progress.
