Job description
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive, multi-technology analytical and technical methodologies, tools, and policies/standards meant to protect organizational data assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.
Perform information system security and information assurance activities that lead to appropriate certification and accreditation (CA).
Create and develop audits, evaluate security test and evaluation plans and existing data storage, or transfer systems to identify weakness and assess risk.
Perform vulnerability testing. Implement new or upgraded security measures or controls and documents system or policy changes.
Review reports/logs, investigate possible security expectations, administer incident response procedures and coordinate with government agencies as needed.
