Cencora is seeking Information Security Interns for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience with real-world security practices, tools, and techniques. You will collaborate with seasoned professionals on strategic projects and contribute to safeguarding our digital landscape.

The internship offers exposure to security policy reviews, documentation, and workshops, with on-site opportunities at Conshohocken, PA or Carrollton, TX.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• Interest in information security practices and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic security projects and tasks to gain practical experience in the security landscape.
• Partner closely with seasoned professionals on assigned projects.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Perform other security-related tasks as needed to support the team.
• Pro-active vs. Re-active mindset to engage in Information Security developmental workshops and intern-led activities.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documents tracking improvements of internal processes.
• Review and assist in the implementation of security policy, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist with ad hoc projects requiring analysis and learning of Information Security tools.
• Support on special projects and other tasks as needed
