Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Program Manager to lead strategic cybersecurity and infrastructure programs from initiation through implementation and operations. Reporting to the CISO, you’ll drive ISO 27001 and PKI modernization as initial priorities, expanding to future cybersecurity and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• PMP certification or active PMP status preferred.
• Experience leading cybersecurity or infrastructure programs in enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable program plans and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity and infrastructure programs from charter to closeout.
• Translate objectives into scope, deliverables, milestones, and owners.
• Develop governance models, stakeholder maps, and integrated schedules.
• Apply waterfall, agile, or hybrid methods as appropriate.
• Maintain decision-oriented status reporting for executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and IT.
