Molina Healthcare is seeking a Cybersecurity Intern to support the Information Security team with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will assist with access management, identity governance, provisioning, and security automation in a healthcare setting.

This 10-week, full-time internship offers hands-on experience with IAM concepts and cloud identity, under HIPAA guidelines, and the chance to collaborate with experienced security professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and ability to develop relationships.
• Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; internet research experience.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Cybersecurity coursework, projects, certifications, or personal experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Aufgaben

• Support IAM activities including user access, access reviews, identity governance, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Assist with PAM, CIAM, cloud identity, and security automation initiatives.
• Analyze access/security data to identify risks, gaps, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Support cybersecurity documentation, reporting, testing, and project activities.
