Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz is expanding its Cybersecurity team in the United States, focusing on governance, compliance, risk management, and security documentation for mission-critical systems. The role collaborates with engineering, product development, program management, customers, and global teams within the North American organization.

Initially supporting ATC programs, the engineer will develop SSPs, security assessments, risk matrices, and control mappings to NIST, ISO, and other standards,

Qualifications

• Proven experience translating regulatory requirements into system requirements.
• Experience developing System Security Plans and security assessments.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, CSF, DISA STIGs, CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance processes, standards, and guidance.
• Map controls to frameworks and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Assist engineering teams in interpreting cybersecurity requirements and practical implementations.
• Support risk management activities and security documentation across programs.
