Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security or cybersecurity engineering.
• Certs: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or CISM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, identify threats, and investigate suspicious activities.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
• Implement security controls for networks, servers, applications, and databases.
• Configure and manage SIEM tools to support security monitoring and threat detection.
• Develop and maintain incident response procedures and security policies.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
• Implement identity and access management (IAM) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Monitor firewall configurations and intrusion detection and prevention systems.
• Perform security audits and support compliance with industry standards.
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate remediation activities.
• Implement encryption, data protection, and access control mechanisms.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, network, and application development teams.
• Prepare security reports, documentation, and compliance assessments.
