Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to play a key role in safeguarding the company’s critical systems and data across its premium sports and entertainment properties.

This remote-friendly role reports to the SVP, Cybersecurity and collaborates with IT, security operations, and privacy teams. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in cybersecurity, hands-on experience with NGFW/WAF/UTM/SIEM, cloud security, IAM, MFA/SSO, and strong incident response skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of modern security architectures and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Supports maturing the organization’s cybersecurity posture through strategic initiatives.
• Configures and maintains security systems and tools.
• Works with cross-functional teams on security projects and threat management.
• Manages security incidents to protect assets and data.
• Maintains programs to ensure detect/respond/recover from cyber incidents.
• Promotes best practices and maintains critical controls.
• Collaborates with architects and security operations.
• Partners with IT for secure architecture and monitoring.
• Assists privacy/compliance teams in prioritizing risk remediation.
• Participates in after-hours on-call for security incidents.
