Sr.Technical Sourcer, Software Engineering

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced CyberSecurity Engineer-IAM to support the infrastructure platforms for our Cybersecurity and Privileged Access Management teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with PAM tools, automation scripting, and infrastructure security. This is a high-clearance role requiring successful background and credit checks, and the selected candidate must be able to work on-site from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage PAM tools and platforms in alignment with security and compliance standards
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to design secure access controls and identity management workflows
• Automate infrastructure tasks and PAM configurations using scripting languages and tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Monitor and troubleshoot PAM systems and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to integrate PAM solutions across the enterprise
• Ensure role-based access and least-privilege models are enforced consistently
• Participate in incident response and audit activities as they relate to access controls and identity management
• Develop and maintain documentation for PAM processes, configurations, and policies

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience working in a cybersecurity, infrastructure, or identity access management role
• Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar tools
• Proficiency in automation and scripting tools (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, Python)
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and secure authentication methods
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, or PCI
• Ability to meet CIS clearance requirements, including background check, and credit check
