Job summary

BioIVT is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and maintain our security infrastructure and program. You will protect systems, networks, applications, and data from cyber threats while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with IT, cloud, networking, and business teams to identify vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and strengthen BioIVT's security posture across on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong understanding of networking, TCP/IP, routing, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 security technologies and SIEM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions including firewalls, endpoint protection, MFA, SIEM, and vulnerability tools.
• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents and breaches.
• Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments and security audits.
• Coordinate incident response activities and remediation.
• Support cloud security initiatives for Azure and AWS.
