Job summary

Texas Instruments invites recent graduates to join the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) and start as a Cyber Security Engineer in the Information Technology Security organization. You will collaborate with senior engineers on real-world projects protecting TI's global infrastructure.

You will contribute to privileged-access solutions, automation, and security controls across cloud, on-premises, and firmware projects, while aligning with standards such as NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or implied.
• Knowledge of zero-trust architectures and security controls.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and harden operating systems, applications, and network devices.
• Administer security tool stack policies and efficacy.
• Support zero-trust architecture designs and configurations.
• Develop and document architectural standards and best practices.
• Mentor teammates and share security knowledge.
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripts and playbooks.
• Conduct threat models and risk assessments for hardware/software.
• Contribute to DevSecOps and secure SDLC processes.
