Job summary

Bespoke Corps, LLC seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to provide on-site DoD-focused security engineering and sustainment of DCO tools at Arlington, VA. You will work with network and infrastructure teams, maintain security configurations, and support budgeting for future capabilities.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance or recent SCI access, DoD 8570-IAT II certification, and hands-on experience with DCO suites, IDS, SIEM, and Splunk. On-site work at The Pentagon area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required with SCI access or recent access within 24 months.
• IAT-II certification per DoD 8570.01-M is required.
• Experience supporting DoD or US government organizations and agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, upgrade, and deploy DCO tools including host-based and network-based IDS, UAM/UBA, ACAS, and SIEM.
• Apply DISA STIGs and security requirements to systems and networks.
• Administer Splunk and maintain security monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to specify security requirements and governance.

• Active TS/SCI clearance OR a TS/SCI clearance that has been active within the past 24 months and is eligible for reinstatement. Candidates without either requirement will not be considered for this position.

Position Description/Summary:

Bespoke Corps, LLC (Bespoke) is looking for a qualified candidate to provide on-site support to one of our valued Department of Defense (DoD) customers. We are seeking a cybersecurity engineer with a technical background with specific skills in planning, engineering, deploying a suite of Defense Cyber Operations (DCO) tools. The engineer will maintain and sustain DCO tools to support the organization; identify gaps in current capabilities, and support budgeting and planning for acquisition and deployment of future security capabilities. The candidate will collaborate and coordinate with critical infrastructure and network engineering teams to provide technical security requirements via the Change Control Board, and other networked-environment governance bodies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in team-based work environments, and has strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will have demonstrative experience supporting DoD/US Government organizations and agencies.

Demonstrated Experience (Minimum 3 years):

• Performing troubleshooting (systems/networking), problem resolution, maintaining, upgrading and deploying DCO tools (IDS both Host-based and Network-based and the supporting components, User Activity Monitoring/User Behavioral Activity, ACAS, and SIEM)
• Applying DISA security requirements and STIGs
• Trellix administration and configuration (HBSS/ESS)
• Working knowledge of network (Layers 1-7)
• Working knowledge of integrated infrastructure technologies e.g. CISCO, VMWare, Backup (Cohesity), Microsoft (Server, Workstation, SQL)
• Working knowledge with *nix (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• Working knowledge of proxy (explicit and transparent)
• Working knowledge of DNS
• Working knowledge Splunk (SPL and Administration)
• Ability to collaborate well within a team construct

Other Skills/Qualifications:

• Current TS security clearance with current SCI access, or have been granted SCI access within the past 24 months
• Active DoD 8570.01-M IAT-II professional certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar tool which affords systems and network architectural drawings
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework, Cyber Kill Chain
• Knowledge of eMASS
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53rev4 and other system accreditation documentation

Academic Qualifications:

• BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business or related field of study from an accredited institution. Demonstrated work experience equivalent to the academic qualifications will be considered
