You will work on implementing security controls, analyzing threats, and educating end-users to prevent phishing and malware risks. The ideal candidate has practical experience in cybersecurity, strong TCP/IP knowledge, and familiarity with Windows, Linux/Unix, and MacOS environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as cybersecurity engineer
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN configuration
• Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure
• Commitment to continuous learning and skill updating
• Implement and maintain security measures and controls
• Experience with security protocols (HTTPS, DNS, SMTP, FTP, SSH)
• Knowledge of information security principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability)
• Understanding of phishing and spear phishing techniques and end-user education
• Familiarity with incident investigation and response processes and tools
• Monitor security systems and analyze potential threats
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures

• proven experience as cybersecurity engineer
• solid understanding of networks basics (TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN configuration and operation)
• ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure identify appropriate datasets and drive annotation for machine learning techniques
• commitment to continuous learning and skill updating
• implement and maintain security measures and controls
• experience with security protocols, for example HTTPS, DNS, SMTP, FTP, SSH
• understanding of information security principles, such as confidentiality, integrity, and availability
• knowledge about how spam and malware filtering systems work
• understanding of phishing and spear phishing techniques, including how to identify fraudulent emails and preventative measures to educate end-users
• familiarity with email authentication protocols familiarity with operating systems, especially Windows, Linux or Unix, and MacOS
• knowledge and familiarity with incident investigation and response processes and tools
• monitor security systems and analyze potential threats
• develop and enforce security policies and procedures
