Job summary

S2i2, Inc. is seeking a cybersecurity professional to support a range of projects focused on information security and system security engineering.

The role involves applying analytical approaches to resolve cybersecurity problems and to integrate information systems with security in mind. The candidate should hold a DOD SECRET clearance and be eligible for IT-II, with experience in modern security tools and certifications.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience implementing modern security solutions (OneNote, ServiceNow, Trellix, Microsoft Intune, XDR, Azure Govt).
• DOD SECRET Clearance and eligible for an IT-II upon assignment.
• Certifications from a nationally recognized technical authority (DOD 8140 IAT level II; DOD 8140 CNDSP-IS).
• HBSS Administrator; HBSS Advanced; MS SC-900.

• Analyzes information security requirements.
• Provides security engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration of information systems.

Job description

Performs a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized Cybersecurity problems. Tasks involve
integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems, or technology
problems as they relate to cybersecurity requirements. Analyzes information security requirements.
Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and
planning. Provides security engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration,
integration of information systems

Minimum Experience:

• Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience implementing modern security solutions (OneNote, ServiceNow, Trellix, Microsoft Intune, XDR, Azure Govt.
• DOD SECRET Clearance and be eligible for an IT-II upon assignment.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Relevant certification meeting DOD 8140 IAT level II
• Relevant certification meeting DOD 8140 CNDSP-IS
• Computing Environment: 1 FTE = MCSA or Equivalent certification
• Computing Environment: HBSS Administrator; HBSS Advanced, MS SC-900

Suggested Experience:

• Some Illumio knowledge is preferred
