• Design, implement, and managenetwork and cybersecurity architecturesto ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation of systems and data.
• Conductsecurity risk assessments, audits, and gap analysesof policies, standards, procedures, and technical environments.
• Evaluate existing and proposed systems to determinesecurity requirements and controlsbased on operational needs.
• Applydefense-in-depth principlesand network security architecture concepts including topology, protocols, and infrastructure components.
• Identify and assesscritical infrastructure systemsand legacy environments that were designed without adequate security considerations.
• Analyze how changes in systems, operations, or environments impactsecurity posture, resilience, and dependability.
• Ensure compliance withstate and federal statutes, regulations, and standardsrelated to information security and computer crime.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders totranslate complex security conceptsinto clear, actionable guidance.
• Develop and presentsecurity documentation, reports, and recommendationsto leadership and technical teams.
• Support incident response planning, vulnerability management, and continuous security improvement initiatives.
