Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) - Pacific, Systems and Cyber Assurance Branch (PC13) is seeking personnel in the Cyber Excepted Service to support US Cyber Command missions. The position requires TS/SCI eligibility and includes mission-essential duties with shift work and potential relocation within the United States.

Responsibilities include managing cryptographic materials, updating COMSEC devices, and ensuring compliance through audits and incident evaluation.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail experience reviewing IT-related work to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Customer service experience maintaining relationships and identifying IT products/services to meet needs
• Oral communication experience briefing mid-level management and IT staff on status of systems and projects
• Problem solving skills to identify alternatives and apply information from multiple sources

Responsibilities

• Executes firmware and software updates on COMSEC devices and HSMs
• Manages and destroys cryptographic key material with full accountability for CCI
• Evaluates and reports COMSEC and cryptographic security incidents per directives
• Safeguards COMSEC facilities and materials, implements key escrow, conducts COMSEC audits
• Performs duties of a COMSEC Manager per CNSSI 4005
