Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization Analyst to support the Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service.

The role focuses on executing security certifications and helping manage compliance with federal regulations. You will work in a federal contracting environment with security, IT, and program staff to prepare documentation, conduct risk assessments, and support ongoing authorization activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience conducting security assessments and using NIST/FedRAMP standards.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents security control assessments and authorization packages.
• Performs information security audits and risk assessments following NIST guidelines.
• Maintains knowledge of FISMA, HIPAA, OMB directives, and related federal requirements.
• Supports remediation tracking and continuous monitoring activities.
• Reviews configurations to ensure compliance with federal directives and best practices.
• Collaborates with system owners and stakeholders throughout the authorization lifecycle.
• prepares and presents findings to management and customers.
