This is a senior technical leadership role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity automation and orchestration solutions.

You’ll transform repetitive, resource-intensive security processes into scalable, resilient, and maintainable automated workflows.

The role combines hands-on engineering with solution architecture, requiring you to design, develop, integrate, troubleshoot, and continuously improve complex automation capabilities.

You’ll collaborate across cybersecurity and enterprise teams to identify operational challenges and turn security requirements into reusable technical solutions.

A key focus will be the responsible use of AI and agentic technologies, with appropriate security, validation, observability, and human oversight.

You’ll also influence engineering standards, mentor technical teams, and help establish reusable patterns that accelerate future automation initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced cybersecurity or automation professional who enjoys solving complex problems and working with emerging technologies.

Accountabilities

  • Perform hands-on development and debugging of complex workflows, scripts, integrations, APIs, services, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and operational requirements.
  • Mentor and support developers and engineers through technical guidance, troubleshooting, training, design reviews, and development best practices.
