Job summary

Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University seeks an undergraduate intern to join the Cyber & Information Security Division in State College. The role supports Cybersecurity Assurance teams, with duties spanning compliance, SIEM configuration, vulnerability management, audits, automation, and policy writing.

The position is paid and offers flexible hours: up to 20 hours/week during fall/spring and 40 hours/week in summer. Applicants must be U.S.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service, technical writing, and organizational skills.
• Students studying within the field of Information and Cyber Security, Information Science and Technology, or Computer Science science/Engineering are encouraged to apply.
• Undergraduate status for fall/spring internships and up to 20 hrs/week, 40 hrs/week in summer.
