Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Associate Analyst for the Endpoint Protection Team to disrupt the most advanced threats. You will triage, investigate, and communicate findings to customers, working within a globally distributed SOC and leveraging AI-enabled workflows.

On-site with hybrid flexibility, you will grow technical and soft skills while supporting real-time incident response. You will engage with cross-functional teams, use Microsoft 365 security knowledge, and contribute to tactical

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Foundational knowledge in incident response processes and security events.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and common attack vectors.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux OS fundamentals.
• General IT/network administration and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, delivering professional customer communications.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings and recommendations.
• Triage and respond to security alerts across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud.
• Analyze telemetry and artifacts to determine scope of compromise and support remediation.
• Investigate and contain Microsoft 365 activity risks (BEC/AITM) and guide customers.
• Help develop and optimize incident detection processes and countermeasures.
