Job summary

Swagelok is seeking a Cyber Security Architect to coordinate and architect information security initiatives across the organization, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT resources. This role leads security risk assessments and incident response, collaborating with varied business units to maintain a strong security posture.

Required are a BA/BS in a relevant field, 10 years IT experience with 7+ years in cybersecurity, and hands-on experience with firewalls,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity or related field.
• 10 years of IT experience including 7+ years in cybersecurity, especially in a sr. security engineering role.
• 3+ years' experience with information systems, firewalls, encryption, and network architecture across cloud, network and apps.
• 2+ years' experience in developing and administering IT policies, business continuity, auditing and risk management.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and architect information security initiatives across the organization.
• Lead security risk assessments, incident response, and selection of security technologies.
• Collaborate with business units and IT leaders to maintain a strong security posture.
• Design secure IT infrastructure covering network, cloud, and application security.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards and guidelines.
• Mentor associates and promote security awareness across the organization.
