Inspira Enterprise in the United States seeks a Cybersecurity Architect to serve as trusted advisor across customer engagements. You will define, architect, and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives, engaging executives and technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; information security, CS, engineering or related field.
  • 10-12+ years of cybersecurity experience with architecture/consulting focus.
  • Ability to communicate with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex cybersecurity challenges into business outcomes.
  • Proven success supporting customer engagements, solution development, and technical sales.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

As part of our continued growth in North America, we are looking for a customer-facing Cybersecurity Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and executive communication skills.

Position Overview

The Cybersecurity Architect serves as a trusted advisor to customers and account teams, helping organizations define, architect, and implement cybersecurity strategies that align with their business objectives.

This role requires expertise in two or more cybersecurity domains, with the ability to engage customers across multiple security disciplines and guide strategic discussions from discovery through solution design. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing cybersecurity architecture with technical teams and presenting business value to executive stakeholders.

The Architect will work closely with customers, sales teams, partners, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, develop cybersecurity roadmaps, create solution architectures, and support revenue growth across Inspira's cybersecurity portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Advisory & Executive Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor for both existing and prospective customers.
  • Lead cybersecurity discovery workshops, assessments, strategy sessions, and executive briefings.
  • Develop trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business-focused outcomes and recommendations.
  • Present cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and transformation roadmaps to executive audiences.
  • Design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions addressing customer business and security requirements.
  • Develop security architectures, reference designs, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Align proposed solutions to security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer outcomes.
  • Support solution reviews, architecture governance, and technical quality assurance.
Business Development & Pre-Sales Support
  • Partner with account executives and customer success teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, RFP responses, solution presentations, and technical demonstrations.
  • Develop compelling solution narratives, business cases, and value propositions.
  • Support pipeline growth through proactive engagement with strategic accounts.
  • Act as a cybersecurity subject matter expert during sales pursuits.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A highly credible cybersecurity leader who blends deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and multi-domain cybersecurity knowledge. The ideal candidate can confidently engage a CISO in the morning, lead a technical architecture workshop in the afternoon, and partner with account teams to drive strategic opportunities and customer success throughout the day.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-12+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in architecture, consulting, or customer-facing advisory roles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity challenges into business outcomes.
  • Proven success supporting customer engagements, solution development, and technical sales activities.
