Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cybersecurity-related experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and incident handling.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Windows Server 2019+.

Responsibilities

• Investigate cybersecurity incidents and escalations.
• Review phishing emails and assess MDR/EDR alerts daily.
• Contribute to Incident Response protocols and vulnerability analysis.
• Configure firewalls and switches; maintain security controls.
• Develop knowledge-based articles and SOPs; monitor trends.
