Mission Wealth, a Barron’s Top 100 RIA, seeks a Cybersecurity Specialist in Houston to advance security operations, controls, and regulatory readiness. This full-time, in-office role focuses on monitoring alerts, maintaining evidence, and collaborating with the MSP and security partners.

You will work within a regulated environment, document processes, and help mature the cybersecurity program while supporting risk reduction and incident response.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, security operations, or a related technical role.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience reviewing security alerts, logs, authentication activity and endpoint events.
• Knowledge of incident response, vulnerability management, identity and access management and endpoint protection.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 security technologies and related tools.
• Experience with identity security concepts such as MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access and access reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Support the cybersecurity program and audits, and track remediation items.
• Monitor security alerts, authentication activity, endpoint events and system logs; investigate anomalies.
• Assist with incident response, vulnerability remediation, access reviews and governance.
• Maintain documentation and evidence for controls, audits, and regulatory exams.
• Collaborate with MSP/partners and internal teams to improve monitoring and response.
