The Senior-level Cybersecurity Analyst/Incident Handler role requires an active Top Secret clearance and US citizenship. Expect an 8-year experience baseline and exposure to threat intelligence tools and MITRE concepts.

• Threat Hunting experience.
• Knowledge of Threat Actors.
• Experience with the MITRE Framework.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze external cyber threat data to produce insights and actionable intelligence relevant to client systems.
• Triage information from multiple threat intelligence sources, including internal sources, and study attack patterns and characteristics such as methodology, move, severity, and the applicable threat landscape.
• Support improvements to the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture by delivering timely, relevant information to stakeholders.

This is a Senior-level Cybersecurity Analyst/Incident Handler position with a requirement for an Active Top Secret clearance. The schedule runs 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute personal break.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and analyze external cyber threat data to produce insights and actionable intelligence relevant to client systems.
• Triage information from multiple threat intelligence sources, including internal sources, and study attack patterns and characteristics such as methodology, move, severity, and the applicable threat landscape.
• Support improvements to the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture by delivering timely, relevant information to stakeholders.

What You Bring

• US Citizen with an active ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance.
• 8 years of total professional experience.
• Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Threat Hunting experience.
• Knowledge of Threat Actors.
• Experience with the MITR Framework.

Compensation and Employment Type

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, education, degree, and certifications, with standard benefits included. The company can also consider candidates who prefer 1099 on a case-by-case basis.
