UDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional in Highlands Ranch, CO to lead advanced security monitoring, investigations, and incident response activities. You will analyze complex threats, guide incident response, and drive security improvements while mentoring junior analysts.
You will leverage SIEM/XDR tools, stay ahead of threats, and coordinate CSIRT efforts. A 5-year IT services background and a bachelor’s degree are required, with a bonus eligible for strong performance.
Responsible for advanced security monitoring, investigation, and incident response activities while supporting enterprise cybersecurity operations. This position independently analyzes complex threats, leads incident response efforts, recommends security improvements, and serves as a technical resource for junior analysts. This role helps drive operational excellence through process improvements, security tool optimization, and knowledge sharing across the cybersecurity function.
$85,879.00/yr. - $101,034.00/yr., depends on experience.
Eligible for 10% annual bonus potential, based on personal and company performance.
