Job Description
We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to support day‑to‑day cyber operations, monitoring, and analysis across the organization. This role sits squarely on the cybersecurity side (less traditional risk management) and is ideal for someone who wants to grow long‑term in cyber analysis, threat investigation, and compliance rather than deep engineering. You’ll act as a key intake and investigation point for security events and work closely with internal teams to understand what happened, why it happened, and how to prevent it going forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for reported cybersecurity incidents, including phishing emails and suspicious activity
- Review, analyze, and investigate reported threats to understand how and why they occurred, and what systems or data may be impacted
- Partner with IT, security, and other internal teams to gather information, validate findings, and determine next steps
- Support phishing simulation efforts and help analyze results and trends (hands‑on experience running simulations not required)
- Assist with cybersecurity compliance initiatives, including PCI and other regulatory or audit‑related activities
- Document findings, trends, and outcomes clearly for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Help identify patterns in cyber threats and recommend process or control improvements
- Support ongoing cyber awareness and incident response processes
