Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in automation, controls systems, or oilfield services.
• Experience with hydraulic fracturing (frac) operations and related technologies preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including development, manufacturing, installation, and operational support.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills in dynamic environments.

Responsabilités

• Owns CyberFrac product development, support activities, and lifecycle management.
• Establishes and maintains product roadmaps and PLM plans aligned with business strategy.
• Guides engineering teams through product development, maintenance, and end-of-life phases.
• Drives projects through Critical Decision Points (CDPs) from concept to commercialization.
• Provides engineering resource forecasts and supports project planning activities.
• Partners with sales and customers to support business growth and product adoption.
• Contributes market insights, product innovation ideas, and strategic recommendations.
• Reviews designs, technical documentation, and engineering deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensures collaboration across manufacturing, service, and supply chain teams while maintaining safety standards.
