Job summary

KeyData Cyber is seeking a Project Manager-CyberArk Secrets Manager to lead a cybersecurity deployment for a client’s PAM/Vault environment. You will coordinate onboarding across OpenShift/Kubernetes and GitLab CI/CD, working with architects and engineers to keep the project on schedule and within scope.

You will drive planning, risk management, and governance, ensuring security requirements and client expectations are met while enabling rapid, reliable deployment across North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PM experience delivering cybersecurity or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/CE/MIS/Cybersecurity.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM or secrets management.
• Knowledge of RBAC, policies, credential rotation, and secret workflows.
• OpenShift/Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and DevSecOps delivery.
• Networking, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, Linux, HA/DR.
• Cross-functional team leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Strong risk, dependency, stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication; client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CyberArk Secrets Manager deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate onboarding across OpenShift/Kubernetes and GitLab CI/CD.
• Manage dependencies across infra, networking, security, DevOps, and apps.
• Track delivery of HA/DR, TLS/certificate, audit, monitoring, backups.
• Drive operational readiness and handover to support teams.
• Facilitate technical discussions and resolve blockers quickly.
• Manage scope, changes, resources, and budget; report health to leadership.
• Run governance activities: kickoffs, steering, sprint reviews, lessons learned.
