Job summary

Genius Business Solutions is seeking a CyberArk Specialist to manage end-to-end PAM operations across Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, AIM, and CCP. You will partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure secure, compliant, and highly available privileged access.

Responsibilities include supporting L2/L3 incidents, onboarding accounts, automating workflows with PowerShell or Python, and enforcing governance policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, AIM, and CCP.
• Experience automating workflows with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience onboarding Windows/UNIX accounts and managing safes, policies, and access permissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk incidents across Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, AIM, and CCP.
• Troubleshoot password rotation issues, onboarding/modifications, and session failures.
• Maintain daily operations across Tier 1–4 support models.
• Perform system health checks to ensure platform stability and availability.
• Administer and configure CyberArk PAS suite (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA), Alero, and EPM.
• Install and upgrade CyberArk components in multi-node setups.
• Onboard Windows, UNIX, database, and application/service accounts.
• Manage safes, policies, and access permissions.
• Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python scripting.
• Integrate CyberArk with AD/LDAP, SIEM, ServiceNow, and apps via AIM/CCP/CP APIs.
• Execute bulk operations such as password uploads and onboarding automation.
