American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) expert to manage CyberArk Privilege Cloud and associated secrets across a global enterprise. You will lead onboarding, reviews, and incident response for privileged sessions, working with cross-functional teams to uphold security standards.

The role requires 8+ years in PAM, strong scripting (PowerShell/Python), AWS/Azure experience, and the ability to drive risk-based improvements with minimal

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field.
• Experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud in enterprise environments is required.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments while collaborating in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage privileged accounts and secrets within PAM solutions.
• Support access rotation, auditing, logging, and incident resolution for privileged sessions.
• Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting for privileged accounts and policies.
• Identify security risks and develop actionable mitigation recommendations.
• Onboard accounts, servers, apps, and secrets to Privilege Cloud using CyberArk connectors.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive mitigation with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain PAM documentation; provide training on best practices.
