Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced CyberArk PAM Architect to design and secure privileged access across hybrid environments. You will lead deployments, hardening, and onboarding of privileged accounts while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams, implementing zero trust principles and robust access controls. A Master’s in Information Security supports a senior-level profile with hands-on PAM expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Information Security experience with 5+ years in CyberArk PAM.
• Experience across Windows Server, Linux, Unix environments.
• Proficient with cloud platforms Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and SIEM integrations.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design CyberArk PAM architectures aligned with business and security requirements.
• Lead CyberArk deployments, upgrades, migrations, and platform hardening activities.
• Configure safes, platforms, account onboarding, password rotation, and session management policies.
• Integrate CyberArk with AD, SIEM, MFA, ServiceNow, and cloud services.
• Develop security standards, operational procedures, and PAM governance models.
• Provide L3 support, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to secure privileged accounts and secrets.
