Job summary

CTG is seeking an IAM Security Consultant/CyberArk Engineer to help deploy and maintain CyberArk components in a Dallas, TX environment. The 5-month engagement emphasizes PAM, identity provisioning, and IAM integration across IT, cloud, OT, and IoT.

The role requires hands-on CyberArk operation, SSO and federation experience, and scripting for automation, with collaboration across security, infrastructure, and applications teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CyberArk deployment and configuration in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing CyberArk safes, platform onboarding, credential rotation, and access policies.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux systems and databases.
• Familiarity with IAM solutions (Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID) and directory services (AD, TDI).
• Experience supporting IAM in OT, regulated utilities, or air-gapped environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain CyberArk components (DV, CPM, PVWA, DR vaults).
• Manage CyberArk safes, onboarding, credential rotation, and privileged access policies.
• Perform failover, backup, restore, and DR testing for privileged access infrastructure.
• Onboard and secure privileged accounts across Windows, RHEL/Linux, service accounts, SSH keys, DBs.
• Support IAM initiatives including provisioning, deprovisioning, and migrations across IT, cloud, OT, and IoT.
• Implement IAM solutions including SSO, directory services, and federation.
• Develop scripts to automate identity provisioning and credential management.
• Ensure IAM and privileged access security in OT/air-gapped environments and compliance with controls.
