Job summary

EY is seeking a CTF Shift Lead in the US to maintain efficient Cyber Triage and Forensics operations. You will manage Junior and Senior Triage Analysts, set performance expectations, and provide technical leadership while ensuring rapid response to threats and effective case queue management.

You will collaborate across security disciplines, update SOPs, and coordinate with the Technical Lead for investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4–5 years in Security Monitoring/SOC environments, investigating events/threats.
• Understanding of log correlation and intrusion detection platforms.
• Experience administering Linux and/or Windows systems (AD).
• Scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Shell).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of the CTF Analysts.
• Ensure prompt response to email and case queues and manage workloads.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts.
• Lead analysis and triage of security events and coordinate incident support.
• Update SOPs and drive continuous improvement within the team.
