SURVICE Engineering is seeking a Training and Development Manager to support our Aberdeen Research Operation at the Muscatatuck Training Center in Butlerville, IN. You will lead cyber training programs, coordinate resources, and work with SMEs to define objectives for DoD cyber training initiatives.

The role requires a High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience and active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. SURVICE offers competitive salary, benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of cyber training programs and events.
• Collaborate with SMEs, leadership, and outside organizations to identify training requirements and objectives.
• Develop and coordinate training schedules, materials, and resources.
• Assist in developing realistic operational scenarios to support training objectives.
• Support integration of technologies, networking, cellular systems into training environments.
