Job summary

Choisys Technology seeks a CBTC Instructor/Writer to deliver and develop foundational cyber training for Army CMF, bridging advanced exploitation concepts with formal pedagogy to maintain readiness of the 17-series field.

The role requires DoD baseline IAT2 certification (or higher), an instructional credential or equivalent teaching experience, OSCP, and strong familiarity with Git, GitLab, and GitHub. Military education pathways such as 17C AIT or CWOTCC are preferred.

Qualifications

• Instructor certification or 2+ years teaching technical content in an adult education setting.
• DoD 8140.01 Baseline Certification (IAT Level 2 or higher).
• Familiarity with Git, GitLab, and GitHub tooling.
• Graduate from Army 17-series MOS/AOC producing courses (e.g., 17C AIT, 17A BOLC, CWOTCC, or 170A/W0BC, 25D, 255S).
• Graduate of Cyber Common Technical Core (CCTC) functional course.
• Graduate of Computer Network Operations Qualification Course (CNOQC).
• Holder of Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification.
