PPT Solutions, Inc. seeks a seasoned Test & Evaluation Analyst to plan, execute, analyze, and report on operational and technical tests for DHS/CISA. The role focuses on rigorous evaluation of cyber resilience, reliability, and mission alignment in realistic environments.

The candidate will design defensible tests, coordinate multi-disciplinary events, and produce authoritative documentation for senior DHS decision-makers. Strong analytic and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
• 10+ years of experience in Test & Evaluation, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience designing tests using scientific methods.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary T&E events and coordinate stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive T&E planning, execution, data collection, and assessment activities.
• Design tests using scientific techniques to ensure rigor and defensibility.
• Coordinate, lead, and manage T&E events across technical, operational, and cybersecurity domains.
• Evaluate human factors considerations during test planning, execution, and assessment.
• Prepare and submit OT&E plans for CAE and DOT&E approval 60 days prior to testing.
• Deliver formal record-test reports within 45 days of test completion.
• Provide evaluations of systems operating in mission-representative environments.
