Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems seeks an experienced engineer to administer, integrate, and deploy SIGINT platforms ensuring 24/7 operational readiness for national-security missions. You will work with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments, applying DevSecOps practices while collaborating with government engineers to maintain standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science; or eight years experience in lieu of degree.
• Two years with MS in Engineering/CS (substitute for BS).
• Four years of experience with software and system deployments, Linux admin, containerization, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps.
• Recent (within 3 years) experience in Kubernetes, Cluster orchestration, Containerization, Active Polygraph (within 7 years).
• Active IAT‑II CWIP / DoD 8570‑compliant certification (Security+), and CCNA.
• Availability for 24/7 call‑in support for operational system‑critical discrepancies.
• Willingness to travel for information‑system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration, maintenance, upgrades, installation, test, integration, and configuration of SIGINT platforms.
• Provide Tier‑3 technical and engineering support and 24x7 call‑in coverage.
• Integrate, test, and optimize SIGINT systems with enterprise infrastructures and databases.
• Develop, maintain, and disseminate technical documentation and procedures.
