PwC in Boston seeks a Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager to lead teams delivering regulatory-compliant cyber programs and risk governance. The role focuses on strategy, budgeting, and mentoring while guiding clients through complex regulatory landscapes.

The Opportunity
As a Cyber Strategy & Resilience - Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to effectively mitigate risks. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and providing guidance on compliance strategies for our clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, while motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality results.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will be responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
