Disruptive Solutions is seeking a Cyber Strategy & Planning Lead to support executive leadership in driving cybersecurity strategy, operational planning, and mission execution for a large federal cybersecurity program supporting Federal Programs. This role serves as a strategic advisor responsible for aligning cybersecurity initiatives across multiple mission areas, including Security Fusion Center (SFC) Operations, Incident Response, Security Control Assessments (SCA), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and enterprise cybersecurity engineering. The Cyber Strategy & Planning Lead partners closely with government leadership to develop strategic priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and ensure cybersecurity capabilities support evolving mission objectives. The ideal candidate combines a strong cybersecurity background with exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and organizational leadership skills. This is not a traditional program management role; it is focused on shaping cyber strategy, driving operational alignment, and enabling mission success across the enterprise.
