Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Principal Cybersecurity Strategy and Execution Consultant to shape executive reporting, align strategy with operations, and drive governance-driven initiatives. The role blends consulting, marketing and data storytelling to influence senior leaders and sustain performance.

The candidate will translate complex cybersecurity metrics into business insights, lead cross-functional reviews, and manage KPI alignment with the strategic plan in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience in consulting, cybersecurity, or relevant work.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in Chief of Staff functions, business consulting or marketing.
• 1-3+ years of experience creating executive-level materials for senior and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Align cybersecurity workstreams with strategic initiatives and report progress against defined objectives.
• Consult and advise leaders on reporting design and messaging with storytelling and influence.
• Monitor and report on OKRs and KPIs tied to Cyber Strategy and Governance.
• Translate technical data into business insights with PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
• Coordinate data collection and facilitate monthly LoB reviews across teams.
• Work with metric owners to evaluate and enhance KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Support ad-hoc projects, stretch assignments, and data analysis tasks with minimal oversight.
• Support organizational planning activities and public speaking responsibilities.
