The Cyber Software Capability Lead andPrincipal Software Engineer provides technical leadership for the architecture, development, and evolution of G2 Ops' software capabilities supporting the AEGIS portfolio, including the SOFIA Cyber Analytics Platform, MONARCH, SMART, and related cybersecurity and digital engineering applications. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role responsible for defining software architecture, mentoring engineers, driving technical execution, and delivering innovative software capabilities that support Department of Defense customers.

The annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $170,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
