Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited, based in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Senior Vulnerability Manager to lead and own the vulnerability response lifecycle across infrastructure, cloud, and applications. The role requires guiding remediation efforts with IT teams, threat intel, and regulatory considerations to minimize cyber risk exposure.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end vulnerability response lifecycle.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, exploitability, business impact, and threat intelligence.
• Lead remediation activities across technology teams.
• Ensure critical and high-risk vulnerabilities are remediated within agreed SLAs.
• Drive accelerated response for actively exploited and zero-day vulnerabilities.
• Produce management information and executive reporting.
• Significant experience in Vulnerability Management, Cyber Security Operations, or Cyber Defence.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability scoring methodologies such as CVSS.
• Experience managing technology risk and remediation governance.
• Exposure to regulatory environments such as NIST SP 800-40, DORA, FCA/PRA, ISO 27001, NIST CSF.

Job description

Leads the organisation's vulnerability response capability, ensuring vulnerabilities are rapidly identified, assessed, prioritised, remediated, and governed. The role is responsible for reducing cyber risk exposure by coordinating remediation efforts across infrastructure, cloud, application, and technology teams while ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and remediation SLAs.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
