Job summary

eClerx in Miami seeks a Cyber Security Program Manager to lead strategic security initiatives for a global asset manager. You will shape program scope, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with Security Operations, IAM, and GRC to deliver secure, compliant outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, strong knowledge of NIST/CIS and SOC2/GDPR, plus hands-on security tooling. A PMP/PgMP and CISSP/CISM are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in project or program management delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading cybersecurity programs from strategy through execution.
• Collaboration with Security Operations, Security Engineering, IAM, and GRC teams.
• Strong understanding of CIA triad and security principles.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST SP 800‑53, CIS Controls.
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, M365).
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans with timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resources.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure delivery of initiatives.
• Provide clear program status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Monitor performance against metrics and take corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement within Portfolio Delivery Office.
• Establish governance frameworks and standardize program execution.
