Job summary

Andersen Material Handling is seeking a Cyber Security Administrator to lead security across IT infrastructure in multiple locations. The role focuses on protecting data integrity and availability while executing our incident response strategy and security program.

The position involves coordinating with IT teams to secure endpoints, servers, and cloud environments, managing security tooling, and delivering phishing awareness training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security incident response and CSIRT operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory data privacy requirements (PII, etc.).
• Familiarity with security training platforms (e.g., KnowBe4) and phishing awareness programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSIRT operations and execute the Computer Security Incident Response Plan.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats including malware, phishing, ransomware and unauthorized access.
• Update CSIRP with lessons learned and evolving threat landscapes.
• Enforce security policies, data classification and BYOD controls.
• Ensure compliance with PII and other protected data regulations.
• Deliver cybersecurity training and risk-awareness programs to staff.
• Manage security software, firewalls, and endpoint protections.
• Collaborate with IT Help Desk and Infrastructure teams to secure endpoints, servers, and cloud environments.
• Support secure migration initiatives such as Windows 11 deployment with secure devices.
• Implement and monitor immutable backups for disaster recovery.
