Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, security operations, or related technical experience.
• Experience with CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, and Rubrik in production.
• Knowledge of security monitoring, endpoint protection, firewall administration, and backup/recovery operations.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on cybersecurity threats and industry trends; educate and guide the team as SME.
• Define and champion cybersecurity vision and roadmap for Technology Services Network Support.
• Monitor alerts/logs across endpoint, network, and backup systems; ensure best-practice responses.
• Investigate, triage, document security incidents with auditable deliverables; support compliance in gaming.
