Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton invites motivated students to join the Summer Games Cyber Security Intern program in a mission-focused environment. The internship develops breakthrough ideas for complex problems while fostering valuable technical skills and teamwork.

Interns are mentored by senior leaders, tackle real-world challenges, and compete in a final Challenge Cup presentation to executives. Eligible students pursuing tech, engineering, or math degrees by 2027/2028 are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, including in an academic environment.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including the OSI model.
• Knowledge of virtualization.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Winter 2027 or 2028, or Spring 2027 or 2028.

Responsibilities

• Develop breakthrough ideas or solutions for complex problems during the Summer Games internship.
• Collaborate in teams on different challenge projects similar to a startup accelerator environment.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and use Booz Allen’s products and engagement models.
• Solve problems using Booz Allen’s products and engagement models in a collaborative setting.
• Participate in the Challenge Cup competition and final presentations to senior leadership.
