Job summary

Damen Naval ищет инженера по кибербезопасности для разработки безопасного кибердизайна для наших фрегатов. Ваша экспертиза будет необходима на протяжении всего жизненного цикла проекта.

Вы будете работать в многонациональной команде над сетевой защитой и безопасностью IT/OT в кораблестроении, с акцентом на соответствие стандартам ISO 27001 и IEC 62443, а также на взаимодействие с подрядчиками.

Qualifications

• Требуется опыт не менее 5 лет в разработке или эксплуатации сложных IT/OT систем.
• Опыт работы с архитектурами сетей, протоколами и системами hardening.
• Знание стандартов и регуляций по кибербезопасности (ISO 27001, IEC 62443).

Responsibilities

• Разработка необходимых deliverables: документы по спецификациям, функциональные описания, схемы и концепции безопасности.
• Участие в обсуждениях экспертов по IT, OT, излучению и физической безопасности.
• Разработка тестовых и верификационных планов для мер кибербезопасности.
• Участие в дизайн-ревью и проверках соответствия стандартам кибербезопасности.
• Контроль технической готовности поставщиков и подрядчиков.

As a Cyber Security Engineer at Damen Naval, you'll play a critical role in the development of a secure cyber design for our frigates. Your expertise will be essential throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your direct involvement will ensure the success of our frigates and their associated training centers, ultimately safeguarding the delivery to our respected clients.

Key accountabilities

• Contribute to the engineering process by developing the required deliverables, such as specification documents, functional descriptions, schematic drawings and security concepts.
• Participate in discussions of experts in IT security, OT security, emission security and physical security.
• Contribute to the test and verification plans for security measures.
• Participate in design checks and reviews to guarantee the required Cybersecurity standards.
• Verify technical performance of vendors and subcontractors.
• Perform technical analysis on received offers, in close cooperation with the Purchase department.
• Ensure full compliance to all applicable requirements and specifications, imposed by Class and the customer.
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to get their timely contribution to the project.
• Contribute to the further development of the E&A Engineering department.

Требования:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial Automation, IT Systems, Information Security Management or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in the design or maintenance of complex IT or OT systems, preferably in ships, offshore or industrial installations.
• Vast experience and broad knowledge of networking and IT systems, including related hardware infrastructure and system hardening.
• Vast experience and broad knowledge about the different networking architectures, layers and protocols, cyber security concepts, data encryption and radiation safety.
• Knowledge about relevant standards and regulations related to Cybersecurity, such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443.
• Experienced to work with third-party vendors and subcontractors.
• Good command of the German and English language (written & verbal).
• Excellent references, as a security screening is part of the hiring process.
