About the Role:

Job Title: Lead DevSecOps Engineer (Cybersecurity Consultant)

Description:

• Senior-level Policy and Platform Engineer to support Cyber Security team through a critical Digital Financial Services (DFS) integration project. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role working across Client's workstation and server environments, helping to manage and transform cyber endpoint configurations for two merging organizations.
• They will be working with Client workstation and server environment to deliver anti-malware application control, DLP, EDR, file integrity monitoring, telemetry, log management, forensic coverage and other type of Security tools.
• Responsible for delivering robust endpoint protection capabilities including anti-malware, application control, data loss prevention (DLP), EDR, file integrity monitoring, telemetry, log management, and forensic coverage
• They will be working on two separate organization and merging them together. So, that would be delivering roadmaps, aligning to best practices such as NIST 853 standard

Must Have:

• Experience in Cyber Security with focus on Policy OR Platform engineering----Mix of BOTH would also work
• 5+ years of proven track record of working in M&A environment experience integrating large-scale enterprise systems.
• MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE D3FEND Framework
• NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)/NIST 800-53 (Ideal)
• Experience in roadmap planning, risk mitigation, and control assessment.
• Deep knowledge of cyber security tools and endpoint technologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks including:
• BFSI/Highly regulatory domain experience
• Workstations: Windows MAC
• Servers: Windows and Linux (RHEL)
• Experience with Container.

Preferred:

• Experience with SIEM platforms, threat modeling, and forensic investigations.
• One or more relevant certifications: CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP

Location: Hybrid in Richmond, VA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $210,000 – $215,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
